At Veylor, customer satisfaction is a priority. We offer a 120-day satisfaction guarantee from the confirmed delivery date.

Eligibility

Refund requests may be submitted within 120 days if:

  • The product does not perform as reasonably described

Refund Process

  • Reason for the request

  • Supporting evidence if applicable (photos or videos)

Exclusions
